Overview

 LW36-40.5 (W)/T2000-31.5 outdoor sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker is an electrical equipment in AC 50Hz three-phase power systems, suitable for control and protection in rated voltage, 40.5 kV power systems. It is equipped with internal or external current transformers for measurement and protection purposes.

Structural Characteristics

 The LW36-40.5 sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker is an outdoor porcelain pillar structure, equipped with a CT35 spring operating mechanism. The mechanism and the body are arranged in a "T" shape, with a small overall volume, light weight, simple structure, low operating power, and easy installation and debugging. Mechanical lifespan of 10000 cycles, suitable for frequent operation;

 Adopting a compressed air arc extinguishing chamber with excellent breaking performance and an electrical lifespan of up to 20 times;

 The sealing performance is reliable. The static seal adopts an "O-shaped sealing ring structure, and the dynamic seal adopts a" V "- shaped sealing ring with spring pressure compensation structure. The secondary wiring board of the transformer is produced by pressure injection process, with strong anti-aging performance, ensuring that the annual air leakage rate is ≤ 0.5%;

 The installation chassis and support are made of integral steel plate rolls, using high-strength standard components with high mechanical reliability;

 The measuring grade iron core of the internal or external current transformer is made of microcrystalline alloy high magnetic conductivity material, with an accuracy level of up to 0.2 or 0.2S. Each phase of the product can be equipped with 2-4 current transformers.
