CNKEEYA,LW□-252 Outdoor High-Voltage AC Sulfur Hexafluoride (SF₆) Circuit Breaker is an outdoor product, applicable to 50Hz AC power grids with a maximum voltage of 252kV in areas with altitude ≤2000m, ambient temperature ≥-30℃ and pollution class ≤IV. It is mainly used for interrupting rated and fault currents, switching circuit lines and acting as an interconnection breaker, realizing efficient control and protection of power systems.

  LW□-252 Outdoor High-Voltage AC Sulfur Hexafluoride (SF₆) Circuit Breaker is an outdoor product. It is suitable for AC 50Hz power grids with a maximum voltage of 252kV in areas where the altitude does not exceed 2000 meters, the ambient temperature is not lower than -30℃, and the pollution class is not higher than Class IV. It is used to interrupt rated current and fault current, or switch circuit lines, realizing the control and protection of power systems, and can also be used as an interconnection circuit breaker.

   This product uses SF₆ gas as the arc-extinguishing and insulating medium, adopts imported self-energy arc-extinguishing technology, and is equipped with a new spring operating mechanism. It features a long electrical service life, low operating work, low noise and high reliability, with a simple structure, compact size and a long maintenance-free period. It is well adapted to the current development trend of oil-free and large-capacity power equipment.



 Structural characteristics

    The circuit breaker adopts a three-phase porcelain pillar single break structure, with a spring operated mechanism for each phase, and three-phase electrical linkage, so the appearance is novel and exquisite. The circuit breaker uses SF6 gas as the insulation and arc extinguishing medium, and adopts a pointer type density relay to monitor its pressure and density progress. Due to the use of self powered arc extinguishing principle and optimized design in the circuit breaker motion system, the mechanical efficiency has been effectively improved and the operating power has been reduced;

    Excellent breaking performance and long electrical lifespan;

 Each pole of this product is installed on a mechanism box, which is centrally mounted on the foundation. The box contains a spring operated mechanism and an electrical control unit. The output rod of the mechanism is connected to the crank arm. The surface of the mechanism box bracket is hot-dip galvanized, and the fasteners are hot-dip galvanized. The mechanism box shell is made of stainless steel material, so the product has excellent corrosion resistance. High mechanical reliability, capable of frequent operation;

    Due to the inherent high insulation strength of sulfur hexafluoride gas and the use of contact movement in circuit breakers, there is no reignition of capacitive current during circuit breaker breaking;

    The external insulation level is high, and the external insulation is designed with a large creepage distance, which has excellent pollution resistance performance.

    Strong current carrying capacity: Conduct temperature rise tests at 1.2 times the rated current of 4000A, and there is still a large margin for temperature rise at each point;

    The overall appearance structure of the product is compact, easy to install and debug on site, and the maintenance workload is small.
