GTXGN □-12 solid insulated ring main unit is a new generation of environmental protection type composite insulation ring main unit developed by our company. It's mainly composed of three parts,namely V unit (circuit breaker unit), C unit (load switch unit), F unit (combination unit), each unit can be used alone or can also be freely extented, its structure is divided into intelligent control instrument room,operating mechanism and primary part, the instrument room can match the microcomputer protection (controller), it uses spring operation mechanism, and the primary part adopts automatic gel process of APG, the isolating switch and the arc-extinguishing chamber are completely enclosed in the epoxy resin, and a special joint is used to connect bus.
The arc-extinguishing chamber adopts special copper and chrome contact material---type R longitudinal magnetic Peld contact, and complete one-time sealing process. The short circuit current breaking capacity and stability, electrical life, temperature rise and insulation level of this arc-extinguishing chamber are (copper and aluminum contact material, cup-shape longitudinal magnetic Peld contact structure,and incomplete one-time sealing process) was obviously improved compared with previous one. The operation mechanism adopts the elastic operation mechanism which is integrated with the switch, that is, the isolation switch and the main switch elastic operation mechanism are integrated, which can conveniently realize the interlock,and the mechanism parts are less,reducing the unnecessary transmission links with high reliability,and electrical operation can be installed according to the needs of users.
Solid insulated fully enclosed switchgear: It adopts solid insulating material as the main insulating medium and conductive connection. After the isolation switch,grounding switch, main bus, branch bus and other dominant electrical circuits are single or combined, the solid insulating medium is wrapped and packaged into one or several modules with certain functions, which can be recombined or expanded with full insulation and full sealing performance. The three-station mechanism can open and close the load current, and can also realize manual and electric operation.

Isolating knife visual isolating distance
In front of the cabinet, there is an obvious visual window for the isolating distance, which can view the isolation ON position, isolation OFF position and grouding ON position. There are three working positions, which are convenient and safe for on-site staff to check and determine the location of the isolation knife.
Internal arcing design
Internal arcing pressure valve:when there is arcing inside the product,the pressure will be released from the pressure release valve and the arc will be discharged to the cable chute to avoid accidental injury to the operator.
