HXGN15-12 box type Pxed metal enclosed ring main unit (ing main unit for short) is suitable for power system of AC 50Hz, 12kV t's widely used in industialand evil cable ring network and power supply terminal. Especially suitable for small secondary substations, switching stations, urban residential distribution, industrial and mining enterprises, shopping malls, airports, subways, wind power generation, hospitals, stadiums, railways and other places.
● Altitude: ≤ 1000m(special requirements can be noted when ordering, currently there are 6 groups operating at an altitude of 5200m).

Box-type Fixed Metal-enclosed Switchgear
● The overall structure
● The ring Main Unit is composed of bus room,load switch (or circuit breaker room), cable room, operating machinery, interlocking mechanism and low-voltage control room, as well as measurement or metering circuits. Each compartment is separated by steel plates to avoid failure to the adjacent room.
● Bus room
The bus room is arranged on the upper part of the switchgear, where the main buss are connected together and run through the entire row of switchgear. The buss are arranged horizontally and can be easily expanded.
● Main switch room
a.Load switch room: There is a load switch in the switch room.The shell of the load switch is made of epoxy resin,Plled with SF6 gas as the arc extinguishing and insulating medium.At the leading end of the operating shaft,there are two transparent hot-presses molded plastic end cap,through which the state of the contact can be observed. SF6 gas density meter or gas density meter with alarm contact can be installed in the switch room according to customer requirements
b.Circuit breaker room: The circuit breaker room is located in the middle of the switchgear, which can be equipped with special vacuum circuit breakers or SF6 circuit breakers according to customer needs.Its breaking capacity can meet the normal switching and branch network operations and breaking electric current of short circuits etc. under special circumstances.Vacuum circuit breakers are particularly suitable for frequent network systems. The circuit breaker is equipped with a spring operating mechanism with reclosing function,reliable action and long life.
● Cable room
The cable compartment is mainly used for the connection of cables,so that single-core or three-core cables can be connected with the simplest unshielded cable logs.At the same time,there is ample space to accommodate lightning arresters, current transformers, and lower grounding switches. According to the standard design, the switchgear door has an observation window and a safety interlocking device,and the bottom plate of the cable room is equipped with a sealing cover and a cable clamp with a bracket of a suitable size. The front door frame of the bottom plate of the cable room can be removed to facilitate cable installation.
● Operating mechanism, interlocking mechanism and low-voltage control room The low-voltage chamber with interlock also functions as a control panel.The low-voltage room is equipped with a spring operating mechanism with a position indicator and a mechanical interlocking device. It can also be equipped with auxiliary contacts, trip coils, emergency trip mechanisms, capacitive live display devices, key locks and electric operating devices. At the same time, the low- voltage room The space can also be used to install control circuits, recording instruments and protection relays. The 750mm wide switchgear is equipped with two identical low-voltage rooms,which can be equipped with more accessories.
