1. The XGN2-12 switchgear features a robust metal-enclosed box design, with the cabinet frame constructed through the welding of angle steel and copper plate.
2. Within the cabinet, distinct compartments are established, including the circuit breaker room, bus room, cable room, and relaxation room. Each section is segregated by sturdy steel plates.
3. The switchgear's front and rear doors are affixed off the wall, providing accessibility for maintenance from both sides.
4. Positioned at the top of the switch cabinet is a pressure relief channel. This serves as a safety measure in the event of an internal arc fault, enabling the controlled release of pressure and gas to protect operators.
5. The switchgear incorporates a well-developed "mechanical five prevention" system, along with straightforward and concise operational procedures.
6. As the main circuit breaker for the switch cabinet, various series of vacuum circuit breakers such as ZN28A-12, ZN63A-12, VS1, and others are utilized. Depending on specific requirements, alternative types of circuit breakers can also be equipped, featuring the Ct19 spring operating mechanism.
7. The disconnector component adopts the gn30-10 rotary disconnector and the gn22-10 high current disconnector, ensuring reliable operation.
