 Overview

 LW8(A)-40.5 Outdoor High-Voltage Sulfur Hexafluoride Circuit Breaker is a three-phase AC 50Hz outdoor high-voltage electrical appliance, which uses SF6 gas as the arc extinguishing and insulation medium, adopts a pressure type arc extinguishing structure, and has strong breaking capacity. It can be widely used in power systems with a rated voltage of 40.5kV as a substation, power plant opening and closing rated current, short-circuit current, and can be used as a connecting circuit breaker and capacitor bank. The internal current transformer is for measurement and protection purposes, and is an upgraded product of the circuit breaker.

 Structural Characteristics

 The circuit breaker is an outdoor small floor tank structure, equipped with CT14 spring operated mechanism; The mechanism is installed in conjunction with the main body, with simple installation, convenient debugging, reliable operation, and suitable for frequent operation; The institution has a lifespan of over 3000 times;

 Adopting a compressed air arc extinguishing structure, the breaking capacity is particularly strong, with a cumulative breaking of 12 times at 40kA, setting a record for the highest in China;

 Reliable sealing performance. Using sealing gaskets, the dynamic seal adopts a "V" - shaped sealing ring with spring pressure compensation structure, and the secondary wiring board of the transformer is provided by a joint venture to ensure an annual air leakage rate of less than 0.5%;

 The internal current transformer is made of microcrystalline alloy with high magnetic permeability, with an accuracy level of 0.2 or 0.2 seconds. According to user needs, 12 transformers can be attached. Suitable for a 50 kilometer long unloaded line without reignition.
